Below are times that any LQSP athlete can come for training. No sign-up required for the sessions with Lucas listed below, but it is helpful if you could send us a text at 805-444-0453 to let us know which session your athlete is attending.

Lucas Quinn & Cody Bidlow are partnering to host a comprehensive speed camp for athletes that want to improve their sprint mechanics & get faster. The goal of the camp is to teach athletes how to sprint & improve their running form. Register here.
